Cancellation and Refund Policy

Order Cancellation:

• Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement by emailing care@vediqa.com or via your account dashboard.

• Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.

Refund Policy:

• We offer refunds only on damaged, defective, or incorrect products, provided the issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery with proof (images/video).

• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after approval.

Shipping and Delivery Policy

Shipping Charges:

• Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹1000(Within Delhi) and ₹2000(out side Delhi but within India).

• Standard shipping charges apply on orders below the threshold or for COD orders.
